服务器上什么程序都没开，结果System 这个进程老是占CPU的30~40
于是发邮件问机房是不是网卡驱动或者什么的问题！结果机房回复
We have tested your server and it seems to be fine, the CPU usage is consistant around 40-50 irrespective of network speed. We did a download from Fremont1 data centre and the CPU usage was around 40-50 and then we did a download from Fremont1 and two San Jose data centres and the CPU usage was still around 40-50.

So the increase in bandwidth allocation (or) the network usage doesnt seem to create an impact on the server. Please see attached screenshots taken during the tests.

呵呵是翻译的不准确，和我的问题有点出去！

我要查是不是网卡驱动的问题，因为本来是100M独享的没有问题！后来嫌带宽太小，就升级了带宽，升级到G口独享！
结果一升级悲剧了
还没百独的稳定，线路查了没问题，结果进去看服务器CPU占用过高，导致一些数据包被放弃，所以网络不稳定！

CPU占用率与带宽占用不相关。
既然机房的回答和你的问题完全接不上，你是怎么提问的？把原ticket内容贴上来。
