整个ip不仅国内ping不通，国外也ping不通，暂时不知具体原因，根据群内相关消息，类似情况也有发生。本帖将持续跟踪报道

We've noticed the ticket about SJC VMs. After the investigation, it was caused by the diversion routes of the DDoS Migration Cluster.

Since the SJC VM is still under OpenBeta, the health warning is not ready yet. This is the reason why we didn't notice the traffic drop.
